Recently, the bridge section increases in the high-speed railway, the regional railway and urban railway. The noise being generated in the bridge section causes a complaint to the nearby residents and residential area, Accordingly, noise barrier wall for noise prevention has been installed on the viaduct structure. The height of noise barrier has been increased and its type has been varied. conventional noise barrier has been deteriorated along the existing railway line. The loosened bolt and nut in the noise barrier’s fixing clamp impedes safe operation due to falling columns and noise barrier caused by the wind pressure induced by train, typhoon, and etc. As a result, in this study, the improvement of existing fixing clamps has been studied through the dynamic analysis of fixing clamp’s behavior due to the wind pressure induced by train. Also, various type of fixing clamp has been developed to prevent loosening of the assemblies of nut and bolt, and its structural performance have been proved by using fimite element analysis and laboratory test.
