This study sheds light on supply channels between an auction system and an unlisted transaction for agricultural products in Garak market. It contains the introduction and operational conditions of the unlisted transaction, analysis for the ratio of an auction system to an unlisted transaction and price analysis between an auction and unlisted transaction. Since the unlisted transaction was introduced in 1994, the range of application has been extended gradually. However, recently the ratio of auction system to unlisted transaction has been increased distinctly in many items. First, this study carried out a survey on the reason of choosing supply channels targeting farmers who grow sweet potatoes and cabbage lettuces. The survey reveals that the unlisted transaction needs payment speed, fairness and transparency compared to the auction system. Second, price analysis using several tests between an auction and unlisted transaction indicates information opacity of the unlisted transaction. Therefore the system construction of upgrading the information transparency is suggested to solve the problems.
