고등학생의 완벽주의, 불안과 진로미결정간의 관계 : 진로결정 자기효능감의 매개효과 연구 = The relationship among perfectionism, anxiety and career indecision on high school students : The mediating effect of career decision-making self-efficacy.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aims to investigate that the relationship among career indecision, perfectionism, anxiety and career self-efficacy on high school students and mediating effects of career self-efficacy the relationship between career indecision and perfectionism, and also anxiety and career indecision. A survey is conducted on 326 high school students. The result is as follows. First, a significant positive correlation between anxiety and career indecision, and a significant negative correlation between self-efficacy and career indecision was proved. Second, it turned out that students' personal standards had significant negative impact on their career indecision, whereas parents' criticism had significant positive impact. Third, anxiety had a significant positive impact on students' career indecision. Fourth, only goal choice turned out to have significant negative impact on career indecision. Fifth, career self-efficacy were turned out mediating variable the relationship between career indecision and perfectionism, and also anxiety and career indecision.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 고등학생의 완벽주의, 불안 및 진로결정 자기효능감, 진로미결정간의 관계를 알아보고, 완벽주의, 불안과 진로미결정과의 관계에서 진로결정 자기효능감이 매개변인의 역할을 하는지 검증해 보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 서울 및 경기지역에 재학 중인 남녀 고등학생 326명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시했으며 자료분석을 위해 상관분석, 다중회귀분석 등을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 완벽주의와 진로미결정 간에는 부분적인 상관을 보였으며, 불안과 진로미결정은 유의미한 정적 상관을, 진로결정 자기효능감과 진로미결정 간에는 유의미한 부적 상관이 나타났다. 둘째, 완벽주의 성향이 진로미결정에 미치는 영향을 알아 본 결과 개인적 기준은 유의미한 부적 영향을, 부모의 비난은 유의미한 정적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 불안이 진로미결정에 유의미한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 진로결정 자기효능감이 진로미결정에 미치는 영향을 알아 본 결과 목표선택만이 유의미한 부적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 완벽주의와 진로미결정, 불안과 진로미결정 사이에서 진로결정 자기효능감이 부분매개역할을 하는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 연구 결과는 진로미결정에 대한 완벽주의, 불안, 진로결정자기효능감의 영향력을 살펴봄으로써 고등학생의 진로결정을 위한 효과적인 진로상담개입을 위한 진로결정 자기효능감의 중요성을 시사한다.
