      This study is the purpose of clarifying the effects of family art therapy on the discipline attitude of mother and on the emotional, behavioral problems of child with learning disability and her younger sister.
      The purpose of this study are, first to clarify the effect of family art therapy on the change of the discipline attitude of mother to sisters, second to clarify the effects of family art therapy on the changes of the emotional, behavior problems of child with learning disability and her younger sister.
      For this study, mother of 45 years, child with learning disability of the 11 years and her younger sister of the 9 years participated in family art therapy.
      The total 17 therapy sessions took place 70 minutes once a week from April 8, 2003 to August 26, 2003.
      To observe the results of this study, the researcher qualitatively analyzed session activities of mother, child with learning disability, her younger sister to the family art therapy program, and the change of discipline attitude of mother was analyzed to the change of pre and post-test score of the mother's discipline attitude scale to mother, and the changes of emotional, behavior problems of child with learning disability and her younger sister were analyzed to the changes of pre and post-test T-score of K-CBCL scale to child with learning disability and her younger sister.
      The conclusions of this study are as follows :
      First, family art therapy is efficient at affirmative change of the discipline attitude of mother. About the comparison of the mother's discipline attitude to sisters, the score of Power-Assertive attitude decreased, and the score of Inductive attitude increased. Especially, the score of Power-Assertive attitude to her younger sister was higher than child with learning disability, and the score of Inductive attitude to her younger sister was lower than child with learning disability.
      Second, family art therapy is effectual at affirmative changes of the emotional, behavioral problems of child with learning disability. Especially, the Withdrawn and the Social Problems of child with learning disability were improved affirmatively.
      Third, family art therapy is effective at affirmative changes of the emotional, behavioral problems of her younger sister. Especially, the Withdrawn and the Thought Problems of her younger sister were improved affirmatively.
