해부학적 인형의 평가적 가치에 대한 고찰 = A study about value of anatomical doll in assessment of sexual abused children

Sexual abuse of children is not an easy thing to talk about but the number of sexual abused child is increased and reach adulthood with unresolved conflicts, extreme insecurity, and a confused attitude toward authority. The clinicians and others in the field of child sexual abuse are regularly using various scales or methods in order to identify who is victim of sexual abused. The anatomical doll is interested in the identification of child sexual abuse because the doll elicits the children's interest, stimulates the reminding about sexual abuse, and gives the opportunity for the children with poor communication ability who explain the sexual abuse. This study is investigated to know whether the anatomical dolls is helped the children to describe experience of child sexual abuse.
The issues of this study are as follows:
First, severity of the impact of sexual abuse
Second, general assessment method of sexual abused children,
Third, the assessment value of the anatomical dolls.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 논문은 다양한 성 학대 평가 방법 중에서 해부학적 인형을 이용한 면접방법에 중점을 두고 고찰하였다. 해부학적 인형은 아동의 흥미를 유발시키고, 성 학대를 회상할 수 있도록 자극하며, 언어능력이 빈약한 아동이 시연할 수 있는 기회를 제공하기 때문에 성 학대의 평가에서 관심을 끌고 있다. 본 논문에서 고찰한 연구문제는 첫째, 성 학대 후유증의 심각성, 둘째, 전반적인 성 학대 평가방법, 셋째, 해부학적 인형의 평가적 가치이다.
