스포츠참여 장애요인이 스포츠참여에 미치는 영향

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 직장인의 스포츠참여 장애요인이 스포츠참여에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 그 목적을 두었다. 서울시와 인천광역시 직장인 400명을 편의 표집하여 설문지를 배포한 후. 384(96%)매가 분석되었다. 설문지의 신뢰도 계수는 Cronbach's α=.725이었다. 본 연구에 이용된 통계기법은 빈도분석, 비율, 회귀분석. Cronbach's α가 적용되었다.
연구결과는 주요 장애요인이 관람 참여 영역, 동호회 참여 영역, 행사 참여 영역, 교육 참여 영역, 시설 이용 참여 영역, 개인 참여 영역 모두 이었음이 밝혀졌다. 요컨대, 관람 참여 영역에서는 경제ㆍ시간ㆍ개인적 요인이, 동호회 참여 영역에서는 시설적 요인이 이벤트 참여 영역에서는 경제ㆍ시설ㆍ개인적 요인이, 시설 이용 참여 영역에서는 시설ㆍ개인적 요인이, 교육 참여 영역에서는 시설적 요인이, 개인 참여 영역에서는 준거집단 요인이 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this research was to identify the effects of sport participative constraints on sport participation in general company's employees. Of the four hundred questionnaires, three hundred eighty-four employee men (96%) in Seoul and Incheon have been selected for this research through the convenience sampling. Reliability for the questionnaire was Cronbach's α=.725. Frequency analysis, percentage, and multiple regression were conducted to pursue the purposes of this study.
The results showed that the major influential factors were participation as a spectator, participation as a club member, event participation, education program participation, institution participation, and personal participation. In detail, the major influential factors were affordability, available time and personal reason on the participation as a spectator, appropriate equipment on the participation as a club member, affordability, appropriate equipment and personal reason on the event participation, appropriate equipment and personal reason on the institution participation, appropriate equipment on the education program participation, and participating society on the personal participation.
