라이브 스트리밍 플랫폼의 사운드 경험 디자인 원칙에 관한 연구 = A Study on Design Principles for Sound Experience in Live Streaming Platforms

국문 초록 (Abstract)

현재 라이브 스트리밍 플랫폼의 사용자 인터페이스는 비교적 복잡하며, 이는 청각 인터페이스의 적절한사용을 통해 충분히 보완할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 라이브 스트리밍 플랫폼의 7가지 사운드 디자인 원칙(SDP-LVSP)을 제시하고, 이를 통해 전체 사용자의 경험을 향상시키고자 한다. 우선 관련 전문가에 대한 심층 인터뷰와 문헌 연구를 통해 정성 데이터를 수집하고, 이에 대한 분석을 통해 7가지 사운드 디자인 원칙을 도출한다. 그리고 디자인 워크샵을 통해 도출된 원칙을 응용하여 디자인을 실행하고프로토타입을 출력하며, 마지막으로 워크샵의 참여자가 디자인 원칙에 대해 평가하여 그 적용 가능성을검증한다. 본 연구 결과는 현재 라이브 스트리밍 플랫폼의 복잡한 인터페이스 문제를 적절히 해결할 뿐만 아니라 디자이너에게 효과적인 사운드 디자인 가이드를 제공할 수 있으며, 미래 사운드 디자인에 중요한 참고자료와 가치를 제시할 수 있다.

Currently, the user interfaces of live streaming platforms are relatively complex, which can be fully compensated by the proper use of auditory interfaces. Therefore, this study proposes seven sound design principles for live streaming platforms (SDP-LVSP) to improve the overall user experience. First, qualitative data is collected through in-depth interviews with relevant experts and literature research, and seven sound design principles are derived through analysis. Then, the principles are applied through a design workshop to execute the design and output a prototype, and finally, the design principles are evaluated by the participants of the workshop to validate their applicability. The results of this research can not only adequately solve the complex interface problems of current live streaming platforms, but also provide effective sound design guidance for designers, and provide important reference and value for future sound design.
