고등학교 운동지도자의 자율성 지지가 기본적 심리욕구 만족과자결성 동기에 미치는 영향

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to examine the kind of effect that the autonomy support from a high school students`` sport trainer has on satisfaction of basic psychological needs and self-determination motivation. For this, a survey was conducted on 260 high school players in Busan and Gyeongsangnam-do(173 males and 87 females by sex; 88 physical sport players, 87 time sport players and team sport players by sport; 95 national championship prize winners, 81 national championship participants, 44 local championship prize winners, and 40 players with no results). Respectively and after that it has been processed by the use of the statistics program of SPSS V19.0. Also, the techniques of descriptive statistics analysis, correlation analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, multiple regression analysis have been applied for data analysis. A significance level of p<.05 was used all statistical test. The effect of the trainer``s autonomy support on the satisfaction of basic psychological needs was shown that the trainer``s autonomy support has the static relationship to the autonomy, competence and relatedness in the order of these factors. The effect of the trainer``s autonomy support on the self-determination motivation was shown that the trainer``s autonomy support has the static relationship to the intrinsic motivation, identified regulation, external regulation, and no motivation in the order of these factors; the effect has the non-static relationship to the external regulation and no motivation in the order of these factors. The effect of the satisfaction of the basic psychological needs on the self- determination motivation factor first, The autonomy factor showed the most static relationship to the internal motivation factor, followed by the identified regulation factor. The external regulation and no motivation factors revealed the non-static relationship. The introjected regulation factor did not show any significant effect. Second, the competence factor showed the most static relationship to the introjected regulation factor followed by the internal motivation factor. The external regulation and no motivation factors showed no significant effect. Third, the relatedness factor revealed the static relationship to the identified regulation and internal motivation factors, and the non-static relationship to the external regulation and no motivation factors. The introjected regulation factor did not show any significant effect.
