The purpose of this study is to examine the tendency of land-use at urban areas classified by street hierarchy. The case study area in Daegu CBD is divided into border area, through area and inner area. Each area is composed of the road side lots and buildings according to street hierarchy. This study analyzes the building use for the characteristics of land-use in CBD. The results of this study are as follows; (1) The case study area with a centralized form has a different development condition and a different tendency of store's location according to street hierarchy. (2) The distribution ratio of each building use on the first floor was found differently according to the classified urban areas. (3) A business use is mainly located in the border area, a sale or service use in the through area and a service use in the inner area. (4) The floor level that each store locates in building appears differently according to the kinds of goods.
