자연과학편 : 뒤꿈치 들기와 하버드 스텝 운동 피로 유발이 외발서기 자세 제어에 미치는 영향 = Effects of Heel Raise and Harvard Step Exercise-induced Fatigue on Single-Leg Stance Postural Control

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of heel raise and harvard step exercise-induced fatigue on postural control factors during single-leg stance in healthy male university students. As subjects of this study, 20(20.05±0.22 years, 175.49±5.52 cm, 66.73±5.48 kg, BMI: 21.68±1.74 kg/m²) were randomly recruited among male students in sports related departments. Heel raise exercise-induced fatigue affected the factors of the center of pressure on single-leg stance postural control and all anteroposterior and mediolateral factors of the center of pressure showed significant decrease. Harvard step exercise-induced fatigue affected anteroposterior factors on single-leg postural control but mediolateral factors of the center of pressure. Also, this study suggested that there was specificity of the process of the postural control according to the types of the exercise-induced fatigue during single-leg stance.
