      This study examined the reliability and validity of the NEO-Personality Assessment System (NEO-PAS) for Adults. To do this, 1,761 university students completed the NEO-PAS. The results confirmed acceptable internal consistency and confirmatory factor analysis revealed that the five-factor model fit the data well. In addition, we analyzed the correlation between the NEO-PAS and other personality tests composed of concepts related to NEO-PAS. The reliability coefficient was in the range of .84-.93, supporting the reliability of the NEO-PAS. Although the fit of the entire model was low, the fit of the sub-factor model was good. Also through correlations with other tests, criterion-related validity of the NEO-PAS was also supported. Finally, we discussed the implications, limitations and suggestions for follow-up research.
