한일 양국 지명에 반영된 鶴(tsuru)계 지명의 현황 및 그 어원 = The present state and the origin of a word of the place name, a group 'tsuru'-Korean, meaning a red-crested white crane-, which is reflected to the two countries Korea and Japan

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

With this monograph, I look into the present state and the origin a word of the place name, a group 'tsuru, which is reflected to the two countries Korea and japan.
At present, a place name of 'tsuru' group is most widely distributed through the whole country among the place name of 'tsuru' group(鶴-tsuru, 律留-tsuru, 都留-tsuru, 水流-tsuru) in Japan. In Japan, the place named of 'tsuru' group is the transcribed word from kunkana(the Japanese reading syllabary), which is originated from a Korean word 'tsuru' of Tsurumi. In japan, the place name seen above is concentrated on Kyusyu and Tohoku area, and has a wide distribution. The place name 'tsuru (律留)' group is the transcribed word from onkana+onkana (the Japanese sound syllabary) structure, and mainly has a distribution in 'Oita Prefecture, 'Kumamoto Prefecture' and 'Mie Prefecture. And the place name of 'tsuru (都留)‘ is the transcribed world from onkana+onkana structure, and mainly has a distribution through 'Miyasaki Prefecture', 'Kagoshima Prefecture'. Furthermore, a place name from an animal usually makes a morpheme, containing a name of an animal, situate the fore part of an word. Accordingly, 'tsuru' group place name is also has usually the structure for example, 'tsuru+modifier' than the structure of 'modifier+tsuru'.
In Korea, the place name from 'tsuru' group can be classified into five types like below. First, a place name originated from the geographical features, which resembles tsurumi, a red-crested white crane. Second, a place name originated from the area, where the white crane had once inhabited. Third, a place name originated from the circle-like shape, Fourth, a place name originated from the area, where a tree 'tsurup' inhabited. Fifth, a place name originated from the area shaped tsurebak, a well bucket. In Korea, the place name of 'tsuru' group is widely seen through the whole country. Among them, 'tsurubong' is most widely seen. A place name from 'tsuru' group is widely seen through the name of a small-sized region such as towns, mountains, valleys, and rocks. And there is some phonemic mutation according to the places such as 'tsurung, tsuru, and tsureum.' Recently, a place name from 'tsuru' group is called such as 'tsurumigol', 'tsurubong', 'tsurujae', and 'tsurubeol' by the nation in Korea. But, the place name of Chinese character Hak(鶴), meaning 'tsuru' has been used for the administrative affairs.
