일반 : 틸리케의 역사신학과 윤리학의 발전과정에 대한 연구 = Eine Studie zum Entwicklungsprozes der Geschichtstheologie wowie der Ethik Helmut Thielickes

국문 초록 (Abstract)

우리에게는 단지 한 사람의 루터교 신학자로만 알려진 헬무트 틸리케(Helmut Thielicke, 1908-1986)는 현대신학에 있어 독특한 위치를 차지하고 있다. 그는 바르트(Karl Barth), 불트만(Bultmann), 틸리히 (Tillich) 같은 20세기 현대신학의 `주류`뿐 아니라 알트하우스(Paul Althaus), 엘러트(Werner Elert) 같은 에어랑엔의 신-루터주의 학자들과도 비판적인 대결을 벌였다. 이러한 대결을 통해 틸리케의 독특한 신학과 윤리가 발전되었다. 틸리케는 한편으로 루터나 칼빈 같은 종교개혁자들의 유산을 진지하게 수용하면서 다른 한편으로 이를 단 순히 반복하고 인용하는데 그치지 않고 이를 새롭게 해석한다. 본 논문에서는 틸리케의 처녀작인『역사와 설존』에서 포괄적으로 드러난 그의 신학적 문제의식이 이어지는『신학적 윤리학학』 에서 어떻게 구체적이고 상세하게 발전되고 확대되는가를 밝히고자 함이다. 초기작에서 그의 신학적 문제의식은 초월적이고 수직적인 계 시의 현설성이 어떻게 수평적이고 내재적인 세계현실성에 관계되는가에서 출발하고 있음을 밝힌다. 이어지는 신학적 윤리학에서는 이 문제의식과 입장이 칭의와 성화, 하나님의 계명과 타락한 세계의 문제로 발전되고 확대된다. 여기서 틸리케는 기독교윤리의 과제는 어떤 보편타당한 규범을 세우는 것이 아니라, 한계상황에 대한총체적인 해석과 진단에 있다고 강조한다. 결론적으로 우리는 이러한 틸리케 신학이 한국교회에 던지는 의미를 제안할 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Helmut Thielicke, known to us as merely a lutheran theologian, occupies a peculiar position in the contemporary theology. He made a series of critical debates not only with the mainstream theologians such as Karl Barth, Rudolf Bultmann and Paul Tillich, but also with the Neo-Lutheran Theologians as Paul Althaus, Werner Elert. These theological discussions led him to develop his own ethics and theology, which on the one hand accepts truly the the Reformation tradition of Luther and Calvin, and on the other hand makes it actual, not merely repeating and quoting it. This study aims to make it clear how the basic concepts of Thielicke s theology described comprehensively in his first theoloegomenum History and Existence had been developed and expended in the following period of Theological Ethics and of Evangelical Faith. In History and Existence Thielicke explicates that his concept begins with the problem, how the vertical reality of the revelation can contact with the horizontal and immanent reality. This historical-theological question is continually enlarged into the theme of Justification and Sanctification, and the theme of the God s Commandment and the fallen world in Theological Ethics. Here he asserts that the task of christian ethics ist not an effort to build universal validity of the norm, but a total interpretation and diagnosis on the conflict situation. Finally we suggest the meaning of Thielickes theology to the korean church.
