This research has been aimed to analyze the effect of that the personal evaluation methods, which is used recently, affect to realization of fairness positively. I surveyed the objects for this research about the office workers, who work in a domestic company and are evaluated by the personal evaluation. The way that I investigated that we used was a 'Self-writing method', 191 papers out of 250 surveys were returned and I analyzed 164 papers except for the 27 papers, which I have got insincere responses. I proved it by analyzing the reliability to get the validity for the contents of this survey. Furthermore, I used regression analysis for the realization of the validity and for the brand new personal evaluation in the step of proving hypothesis.
To make the result clearly from the analysis of actual proof is like this :
Firstly, the hypothesis that the realization of validity also would be high if the ratio of quantitative evaluation would be higher affected to the realization of division, procedure and division plus procedural fairness by simple regression analysis, however none of them affected to all of the evaluation method when they were analyzed by multiple regression analysis.
Secondly, the hypothesis that the realization of the validity must be higher if the availability of MBO would be high as well affects negatively to the realization of division, procedure and division plus procedural fairness.
Thirdly, the hypothesis, which means the higher the availability of capacity evaluation, the higher the realization of the validity is, affected to the realization of division, procedure and division plus procedural fairness when those were analysed by simple regression analysis, however those didn't affect to every method at the same time as those were analysed by multiple regression analysis.
Fourthly, the hypothesis that the realization will be higher if the availability of BARS is high, didn't affect to the realization of division, procedure and division plus procedural fairness
Fifthly, the hypothesis, which says the realization of the validity will be high, as the availability of team evaluation, affects to every option.
Sixthly, the hypothesis, which says the realization of the validity will be high, if the availability of 360-degree feedback, affects to all three options.
Lastly, the hypothesis, that the realization of the validity will be high if there are more feedbacks, affects ti everything.
From the point of this result, it appears that it affects to quantitative evaluation, capacity evaluation, team evaluation, 360-degree feedback, feedback to division, procedure, division plus procedure fairness except for simple regression analysis, management by objectives, behaviorally anchored rating scales. However, as a result of multiple regression analysis, it appeared only team evaluation, 360-degree feedback, feedback except for quantitative evaluation and capacity evaluation affect to the realization of division, procedure and division plus procedural fairness. This means the quantitative evaluation and the capacity evaluation partially affect to them when evaluation methods are combined. It needs an investigation for more various personal evaluation methods, separation of office works and secure of subdivided samples to this research’s limit and future direction for research. Moreover, we can get a detailed result if we offer the respondents not only the method that they can give us sincere and frank responses, but also how-to right a survey form at the same time.
