This study analyzed the perspective and frame of how visitors feel and respond to the National Science Museum based on Naver and Daum science museum-related blogs and cafes over the past 10 years (2013-2022) to find out what the National Science Museum means to the public at this point. First, the results of the study confirm that the public visits science museums and museums according to their functions and roles, but they are recognized as a large range of macro behaviors of travel, not microscopic behaviors. Second, the public was very interested in overseas science museums, but it was confirmed that through the COVID-19 era, interest in domestic science museums naturally increased more than overseas science museums. This is expected to be an opportunity to change the public's perception of the National Science Museum and increase the influx of visitors. Third, in addition to the role of disseminating science and technology knowledge in the region, the National Science Museum serves as a local resource and cultural landmark, contributing to the development of local tourism. These research results can be provided as basic data when establishing policies such as enhancing the image of the National Science Museum and deriving directions in the future.
