This paper is a case study about leadership training transfer factors for managers. Main purpose of this study is to compare real cases of leadership training in a Hospital and a Corporation so that we could find some special transfer factors on leadership training for physicians working in large scale hospitals as well as managers working in private companies. To fulfill this purpose, we applied not only the qualitative method but also the quantitative method together. Through the qualitative case study, we developed 5 propositions; 1) Manager support is the most important transfer factor both in Hospitals and Corporations. And it is more critical in hospitals. 2) Long term and repetitive training format should be included in Training Design factor group for the leadership training transfer factor model. 3) Opportunity to Use is the other important factor especially in Hospital. 4) Individual performance thru the leadership training and Organizational performance has a positive relationship. But the transfer factors impact more on the Organizational performance. 5) Teach the teacher format should be included in Training Design factor group for the leadership training transfer factor model. Through the quantitative empirical pilot study, we tested 3 proposition from the 5. And proposition #1, #3 and #5 were accepted.
