부모역량 강화를 위한 부모교육 실천 사례 연구 = Study for practical examples of the parenting educational programs to strengthen parent`s roles

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 가정과의 연계를 통한 부모역량 강화를 위한 부모교육 프로그램의 실천 사례를 제시하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 G시에 위치한 c 어린이집으로 자료 수집은 문서 자료와 관찰, 면담내용 등을 종합적으로 검토 분석한 다각적 접근방법을 사용하였다. 본 프로그램은 2008년부터 2011년 까지 제 4기로 운영되었다. 그 결과 첫째, 학부모대학 프로그램의 운영목적은 기관과 가정이 상호신뢰를 바탕으로 연계를 강화함으로써 궁극적으로 영·유아의 발달을 도모하는데 있었다. 둘째, 학부모대학 프로그램의 참여과정에서 영유아는 엄마랑 함께하는 시간을 즐거워하였고 엄마와 어린이집에 긍정적 반응을 보였으며 학부모는 자녀의 발달과 보육과정에 대한 이해와 부모자신의 삶에 만족과 보람을 찾게 되었다. 또한 보육교사는 학부모를 동반자로 인식하고 부모입장에서 아이들을 바라보게 되었으며 교사로서의 사명감과 보람을 경험하는 변화를 나타내었다.

This study was to provide practical examples of the parenting educational programs to strengthen parent`s roles connected with their family. This paper was based on multifaceted approach which reviews and analyses the documents, observation, and interviews with c child care center children in Gwangju city. This programhad been operated for 4years, from 2008 to 2011. The results were as follows First, the ultimate purpose of parenting educational programwas achievement of children`s development which built a relationship on trust between educational facilities and family . Second, during the parenting educational program, children were happy with their moms and they had positive response about child care center and parents became knowledgeable about children`s development of school life and educational processing and also, they found out satisfaction and their self esteem. In addition to, teachers had experience that they accepted parents as a educational partner and realized the immense power and responsibility they had given.
