구조방정식모형(SEM)을 활용한 기술창조인재 선호입지의 중요도-만족도 분석(IPA) = Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA) on Creative Technical Innovator’s Locational Preference through Structural Equation Modeling(SEM)

국문 초록 (Abstract)

창조계층 및 창조계층의 선호입지에 대해 연구는 꾸준히 진행되고 있지만, 그간의 연구는 예술가, 디자이너 등 문화예술인을 위주로 진행되었다. 이른바 기술혁명이 진행되고 있는 현시점에 필요한 것은 과학자, 연구원 등 기술인력에 대한 연구이다. 본 논문에서는 제4차 산업혁명 시대를 주도할 ‘기술창조인재’를 정의하고, 그들의 선호입지 및 환경에 대해 연구하였다. 민간기업 부설연구소 연구원을 대상으로 입지환경의 만족도와 중요도를 동시에 설문하고 구조방정식 모형(Structural Equation Model, SEM)을 활용하여 분석하였다. 또한, 중요도-만족도 분석기법(Importance-Performance Analysis, IPA)으로 중요도와 만족도를 동시에 고려한 우선순위를 제시하였다. 첫째, 구조방정식 모형분석 결과, 기술창조인재의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 도심 접근성, 도로 접근성, 도시 인프라, 지원 환경, 운영 요건 등이며, 중요도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 도심 접근성, 도로 접근성, 도시 인프라, 연구 환경으로 나타났다. 둘째, 중요도-만족도 분석(IPA)결과, 만족도와 중요도가 모두 높은 ‘유지’그룹에는 도심접근성, 도로접근성, 도시 인프라, 연구 환경, 지원 환경으로 나타났다. 향후, 기술창조인재의 선호입지에 대한 금번 연구결과를 토대로 기술창조인재의 수요를 충족시키고, 제4차 산업혁명에 따른 산업전체의 융복합화를 반영할 수 있는 입체적이고 다양한 형태의 산업입지에 대한 연구를 진행할 예정이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Researches on the creative class and the location preferences of the creative class have been carried out steadily, however these researches have only focused on artists and designers. Rather, at the present time, when so-called technological revolution is underway, research on technical personnel such as scientists and researchers is demanded. In this thesis, we define Creative Technical Innovators who will lead the fourth industrial revolution, and study their location and environment preferences. We have provided surveys about importance and performance of the environmentto researchers from institutes of private corporations and analyzed the results using the Structural Equation Model (SEM). Also, we determine the order of priority that takes both importance and performance into account with Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). First, as the result of analysis of Structural Equation Model, the influential factors of performance are determined to be urban accessibility, road accessibility, urban infrastructure, support environment, and operational requirements. On the other hand, factors affecting importance are urban accessibility, road accessibility, urban infrastructure, and research environment. Second, as the result of Importance-Performance Analysis, the maintenance group, which has high performance and importance level, prefers urban accessibility, road accessibility, urban infrastructure, research environment, and support environment accordingly. In the future, based on the results of this study on location preferences of creative technical innovators, we will conduct research on how to meet the demand of the creative technical innovators. Also, the study will investigate the diverse industrial location preferences that reflect the confluence of the fourth industrial revolution.
