This study aims to suggest what should be considered for designing grammar syllabus, specially for advanced Korean learners. This area couldn`t attain enough interests because it is believed that grammar is not very important for advanced learner as it is for beginner. However advanced Korean Learners tend to be concerned with grammar because they want to control the form of the target language. They feel free from meaning construction much more than as they were in beginner level. At last their interest is focused on how to make sentence correctly without errors. Generally in many Korean Textbooks, grammar rules take important position but eventually higher level it gets less interests. In this study it is suggested that grammar should have important position in advanced Korean Textbooks. First of all the synonymous relation expressions is important contents. Synonymous grammatical expressions are dependent on the possession of several automatic and correct ways to express the same thought. Advanced Learners have got many grammar knowledges without practicing or organizing how to manage those confusing expressions. Secondly the collocation of the expressions co-occured should be nessarily included in the grammar syllabus. Various combination constraints with other expressions could be very usful grammatical tool for advanced learners. Grammatical accuracy, without any doubt, is the most important element of high communicative focus. Poor control of grammar is the main reason why students cannot concentrate on “what” to say and must deal with the “how” of communication. And also to identify the grammar features that have been learned but not acquired, to reacquire language features that have been acquired inaccurately and to develop the essential sophisticated grammar structures that remain unfamiliar to him/her must be included in the grammar syllabus for advanced learners.
