요양보호사의 직업정체성이 요양보호서비스 질에 미치는 영향 -임파워링 리더십 매개효과를 중심으로- = Impact on service quality of care-giver job identities

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 요양보호사의 직업 정체성과 기관 내 리더의 임파워링 리더십, 요양보호서비스 질의 관계성을 확인하고, 요양보호사의 직업정체성과 기관 내에서 리더의 임파워링 리더십이 서비스 질에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대해 확인하고자 시도되 었다. 본 연구의 연구대상자는 전라북도 내 장기요양노인시설에서 근무하고 있는 요 양보호사 191명을 대상으로 직업정체성과 임파워링 리더십, 서비스 질의 관계성을 확인하고 임파워링 리더십의 매개효과 검증을 실시하였다.. 연구결과를 통해 요양보 호사의 직업정체성과 요양보호 서비스 질에 기관 리더의 임파워링 리더십이 매개요 인임을 밝혔으며, 연구결과를 바탕으로 요양보호사들의 직업정체성과 기관 리더의 임파워링 리더십과의 상호관계에서 노인들에게 제공되는 현행의 요양보호서비스 질 을 높이기 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

In this study we tried to inspect the professional identity of care-giver and empowering leadership of the organization``s manager and to verify how the identity and profession of care-giver affect the service. This study surveyed 191 care-givers working in long-term within the North Jeolla Province working in long-term. The result of the study has significance on discovering that empowering leadership is parametric factor of perspiring the identity of care-giver and of increasing the quality of the service. Based on the result of this study we suggested the solution for improving the quality of the service for the elderly with the relationship between empowering leadership and the job identity of care-giver.
