新生國政治發展에 關한 小考 : 制約要因과 改善方案 Limitation factor and improvement plan = A Study on Political Development of the Emerging Countries

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The main purposes of this paper are to present limitation factors and improvement plans of political development in the Emerging countries.
The political development has mean of Varieties, It means as follow: the increasing of political system ability, development of political parties and administration, political modernization, democratization, westernization, development of Social-culture and economic structure etc. but we can give definition that political development is to developing political parties and administration together. in the other expression, increasing to free political participation, legitimacy and efficiency.
The main contens of this paper are summarized as follow;
1) The limitation factors of the political development in Emerging countries are (1) the weakness of social-culture and economic structure (2) weakness of the political system (3) the premodern and undemocratic of political leader or elite (4) frailty of the ruling party and the opposition party.
2) It is subject that political development in Emerging countries will be settleed as follow: (1) identity crises (2) legitimacy crises (3) participation crises (4) distribution crises (5) penetration crises.
3) The plans of improvement on the political development in Emerging countries are as follow: (1) the improvement of social-culture and economic structure (2) the strengthen of the political system : increasing of political participation, legitimacy and efficiency (3) the increasing to democratic idea of political leaders and people (4) the enlargement of ruling party and opposition party.
