예비 초등교사를 대상으로 진행한 육상수업에서 교수의 지도 행동 유형이 학생들의 체육수업 만족과 태도에 미치는 영향 = The Effect of Teacher Guidance Behaviors on Students’ Satisfaction with and Attitudes toward Physical Education Classes in Track and Field Classes for Pre-service Elementary School Teachers

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 예비 초등교사를 대상으로 진행한 육상수업에서 교수의 지도 행동 유형이 학생들의 체육수업 만족과 태도에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 규명하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 2025년 3월 2일부터 2025년 12월 19일까지 광주광역시 내 위치한 대학에서 2학기에 걸쳐 육상수업을 진행하였고, 390명에게 설문을 진행하였다. 최종 유효 표본은 358부로 결정되었으며, 이를 토대로 빈도 및 탐색적 요인분석, 타당성 및 신뢰성 검증, 상관관계 및 회귀분석을 거쳐 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 지도 행동 유형 모든 요인이 교수 행동, 체육 환경, 성적 만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 지도 행동 유형 요인 중 민주적 행동, 사회적지지, 권위적 행동, 지시 행동 요인이 운동 능력 만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만, 긍정적 보상 요인에서는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 둘째, 지도 행동 유형 요인 중 민주적 행동, 사회적지지, 권위적 행동, 지시 행동 요인이 심리적 태도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만, 긍정적 보상 요인에서는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 지도 행동 유형 요인 중 민주적 행동, 사회적지지, 권위적 행동, 긍정적 보상 요인이 사회적 태도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만, 지시 행동 요인에서는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 지도 행동 유형 모든 요인이 기본적 태도, 기술 및 체력 태도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to analyze and clarify the influence of the type of instructor's guidance behavior in a track and field class conducted for prospective elementary school teachers on students' satisfaction with and attitude toward physical education classes. The final valid sample size was determined to be 358, and based on this, frequency and exploratory factor analysis, validity and reliability verification, correlation and regression analysis were performed to derive the following results. First, all factors of the leadership behavior type were found to influence teaching behavior, physical education environment, and grade satisfaction. Among the leadership behavior type factors, democratic behavior, social support, authoritative behavior, and directive behavior factors were found to have an effect on satisfaction with exercise ability, but the positive reward factor did not have a significant effect. Second, among the leadership behavior type factors, democratic behavior, social support, authoritative behavior, and directive behavior factors were found to have an effect on psychological attitudes, but the positive reward factor did not have a significant effect. Among the leadership behavior type factors, democratic behavior, social support, authoritarian behavior, and positive reward factors were found to have an effect on social attitudes, but the directive behavior factor did not have a significant effect. All factors in the leadership behavior type were found to influence basic attitude, skills and physical attitude.
