The serum electrophoretic fraction for 63 cases of various disease and urinary electrophoretic fraction for 7 cases of various disease was studied.
The following results were observed:
1) Electrophoresis of serum protein showed decreased albumin and increased r-globulin in liver disease and scleroderma.
2) Lymphoma showed decreased albumin, great decreased r-globulin and great increased (3-globulin. 3) Electrophoresis of urinary protein revealed no special changes of abnormal Q-globulin except slightly increased fl-globulin in chronic myelocytic leucemia.
