The patient was 36 years of age with the parity of 2-0-1=2 and has transferred to our Gynecological dept. via dept. of Internal Medicine, because of dyspnea and abdominal distension. She was operated 3 days after the admission with the complete pre-operative check up. The ascites and hydrothorax started to subside after the operation nearly to the normal states.
The pathological finding of removed ovary was papillary mucinous cyst-adenocarcinoma.
