방임과 학대를 경험한 아동과 가해부모에 대한 놀이치료 및 부모교육의 효과 = Study on the effects on playtherapy and parent education for the children neglected or abused and their offender parent(s)

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study was focused on the changes in the parenting styles of offensive parent and the maladaptive behaviors of children abused or neglected by their biological mother or father, utilizing playtherapy(PT) and playtherapy accompanied by parent education(PTPE). The subjects were overall 8 pairs of abused or neglected children and their biological parent(s) who were the offender, with 5 pairs matched to the PT group and 3 pairs to PTPE group. Pre-tests and post-tests were executed with MBRI-R and KPI-C before and after the treatments. The results were as follows: First, overall cases showed improvements in the several levels of subvariables in maladaptive behaviors of children rated by their offender parent. Second, insignificant differences showed up between two approaches with most part of desirable changes in PTPE group. Limits and implication of the study were discussed.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 친부모로부터 방임 및 학대를 경험한 아동들과 그들의 부모를 대상으로 하여 놀이치료처치 및 놀이치료(PT)와 부모교육 병행처치(PTPE)를 실시한 후, 가해부모의 양육행동과 아동의 부적응행동에서 나타나는 변화에 초점을 두고 진행되었다. 결과는 다음과 같다: 첫째, 대부분의 사례들에서 가해부모가 평정한 아동의 부적응행동의 몇 가지 하위 변인들에서 유의한 수준의 개선이 나타났다. 둘째, 두 집단 간 변화량의 차이는 통계적으로 유의하지 않았으나 놀이치료와 부모교육 병행처치 집단의 가해부모가 아동의 부적응행동과 관련된 대부분의 지표들에서 유의하지는 않으나 더 바람직한 변화를 보고했던 반면, 놀이치료처치 집단의 경우 아동의 부적응행동 중 한 하위변인에서 유의한 수준의 더 큰 변화가 보고되었다. 이후 연구의 제한점 및 시사점이 논의되었다.
