우리사회, 당신은 어떤 변화를 원하는가? : 주관성 연구를 활용하여 = What Changes Do You Want in Our Society? - Using Subjectivity Study -

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study examines the perception of what kind of change is desperately needed in the daily life of our constantly changing society. Particularly, we looked at what the characteristics of the respondents are about the perception of the changes we need.
In this study, Q methodology, a hypothetical discovery approach, was used to categorize the respondents’ perceptions. That is, 30 Q samples were obtained for Q analysis, and 30 P samples, which were respondents for Q classification, were categorized.
The analysis result was defined as four types. < Type Ⅰ > appeared to be a middle-aged group with a slightly higher age group, and the statements emphasized in < Type Ⅰ > (± 1.0 or higher) include: ‘recognition of occupation return’, ‘academic culture’, ‘ecosystem protection’, and ‘cultural history’ It was found that the emphasis was placed on ‘the great inheritance of wealth,’ and the respondents enhanced the distribution of middle-aged and middle-aged people and named it “Middle-aged-Social Recognition Change Emphasis.” < Type Ⅱ > emphasized ‘policies for the aged society’, support for the vulnerable, and ‘range of welfare benefits’. < Type Ⅲ > emphasized the concept of “success,” “perception of childbirth,” and “authoritative thinking,” and promoted the distribution age group to be named “Adult-Success / Childbirth Recognition Change Emphasis.” < TypeⅣ > emphasized ‘traditional adherence (maintenance)’, ‘ethical / moral awareness’, ‘salary system’, ‘differentiation between large / medium and small companies’, and ‘sequence culture’, and the distribution of respondents It was promoted to be a younger class, and was named “Young-Traditional / Ethical Recognition Change Emphasis”.
Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that the perception of the changes required in our society differs somewhat depending on the age group, and these differences are well expressed in the so-called ‘generational difference’. In addition, the Q methodology in this study has limitations in objectification based on quantitative studies of general social sciences, so future studies are expected to expand into quantitative studies for generalization.
