하이에크는 자연주의자인가 = Is Hayek a Naturalist?

국문 초록 (Abstract)

오스트리아 학파의 주관주의가 선험론에 기초한 데 비해 하이에크의 과학적 주관주의는 주관주의가 신경생리적 과정의 불가피한 산물임을 논증한다. 이는 흄이 인과성, 외부세계의 존재, 자아라는 세 가지 기초신념이 이성의 산물이 아니라 연합의 원리라는 심리적 과정의 산물 또는 투사에 불과하다고 보는 것과 논리구조 상 동일하다. 이런 점에서 하이에크는 흄과 마찬가지로 자연주의자로 볼 수 있으며, 그럴 경우 하이에크의 오스트리아적 요소는 상당 정도 약화될 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

While the subjectivism of Austrian School is founded on a priorism, Hayek argues that subjectivism is nothing but an inevitable product of neurophysiological process. Hume showed three fundamental beliefs like causality, the existence of the external world, self are not products of the reason, but products or projections of psychological processes worked by principles of association. This Hume's logic is not different from Hayek's scientific subjectivism. In this context, Hayek is, like Hume, a naturalist. In that case one might interpret that Hayek's Austrian elements are in large weakened.
