수출기업의 물류이용유형과 물류기업의 역량이 수출성과 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 = The Effects of the Types of Using Logistics and the Competitiveness of Logistics Firms on Export Performance

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 논문에서는 물류기업이 지닌 역량이 수출기업의 성과에 미치는 영향과 수출기업의 물류이용목적에 따른 성과 간의 차이에 대해 분석했다. 또한 수출기업의 물류이용유형에 따라 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인지도 함께 분석했다. 분석결과, 수출기업이 물류기업을 이용함에 있어 명확한 목적을 가진 유형들이 그렇지 않은 유형들에 비해 수출성과가 좋은 것으로 나타났고, 영향을 미치는 요인들도 각각 다른 것으로 나타났다. 물류기업이 지닌 자원보유수준과 해외시장에서의 물류역량이 수출기업의 수출성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 수출기업이 해외시장에서 통제하기 어려운 부분인 해외시장물류 부분에서 물류기업의 역량이 수출성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 수출 기업의 고객인 수입업체, 최종고객에게 정시에 안전하게 제품을 전달할 수 있는 능력이 수출성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This paper is intended to analyze the competitiveness of logistics firms which affect export performance. The research attempts to classify the types of using logistics. The purpose of this research is to analyze which factors have an effect on the classification. The results analysis shows that export firms, having a clear goal of the logistics usage, have achieved a better export performance than exporting have not. And the differentiation exerted statistically significant positive influence on the export performance. Then upon looking at the factors of logistics firms, resource level was statistically significant on export performance. Lastly, the ability to export(international) logistics had positive effects on export performance. This paper finds that logistics firm`s competence is important and is positively associated with export performance. The export companies need to be aware of the importance of logistics for export firms.
