교과서 정책 변화에 따른 음악 교과서의 개선 방향 탐색 = Investigation on the Direction for Improvement of Music Textbook by the Change of Textbook Policy

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Recently textbook policies have shown the rapid change. The purpose of this study is to explore a direction for improvement of music textbooks through reviewing the current situation and issues of music textbooks according to the change of the textbook policy. For this objective, textbook-related policies were analyzed based on the up-to-date publication structure, textbook categorization, SMART education, textbook-related law and regulations.
The direction for improvement of music textbooks was summarized depending on two categories; the quality of music textbooks according to the enlargement of textbooks recognition policy and the development of digital textbooks in music. For the first category, the followings directions were suggested; 1)improvement of the compilation for the music textbook, 2)investigation on a level and scope of musical pieces included in music textbooks, and 3)reconsideration on the importance of accuracy and fairness in developing music textbooks. For the second category, the directions were suggested as follows; 1)development of a model for a simultaneous use of printed and digital textbooks, 2)suggestion of standard of the digital textbook in music, and 3)establishment of criteria for evaluating the connection between printed and digital textbooks.
This study makes some implications for the future study in improvement of music textbook. The implication would be th conduct a foundational research for successful development of music textbooks. It is necessary for music educators to be interested in educational demands and policies surrounding music textbook.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 최근의 교과서 정책들의 목표와 내용을 검토하여 이에 부응하는 음악 교과서의 개선 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 2009 개정 교육과정 이후에 발표된 교과서 정책들을 분석한 결과 음악 교과서 발행 제도 변화에 따른 인정도서 확대, 스마트 교육에 따른 디지털교과서 및 교과서 완결학습 체제 구축이 주요 내용인 것으로 나타났다. 이에 따라 먼저 인정도서 확대 정책에 따른 음악 교과서의 질 제고를 위한 개선 방향으로 편수 용어 정비, 악곡의 수록 범위 및 수준의 적정성 재고, 교과서 내용의 정확성 및 공정성에 대한 인식 재고 등을 제안하였다. 또한 음악 디지털교과서 및 완결학습 체제를 위한 개선 방향으로 서책과 디지털교과서의 병행 사용을 위한 교과서 모형 개발, 음악 디지털교과서 표준 제시, 서책과 디지털교과서의 연계성 강화 심사기준 설정 등을 제안하였다.
