국내 아동 참여형 서비스디자인 사례 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

국내 서비스다자안에 대한 연구 흐름은 주로 성인 사용자를 대상으로 한 서비스에 초점을 두고 있다. 성인과는 달리 아동은 유형과 연령이 더욱 세분화되어 이에 따라 각기 다른 관심사와 욕구를 가진다. 따라서 아동을 대상으로 한 서비스디자인에 대한 차별화된 연구와 성공 사례의 도출이 필요하다. 본 연구는 2021년 국민 정책디자인 성과 중 어린이 통계놀이터와 자립지원이 반드시 필요한 청소년을 위한 ‘터닝포인트’와 2020년 서울디자인거버넌트에서 제안된 서로 배우는 상호문화(다문화) 교육 서비스 사례를 선정하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 사용자 중심 접근, 아동의 참여와 상호작용 촉진, 연령별 디자인과 교육적 접근이 성공의 핵심 요인으로 나타났다. 아동 서비스디자인 분야의 미래 발전을 모색하며, 사회 발전에 따라 다양한 아동 서비스디자인 사례가 늘어날 것으로 예상되며 이에 따른 사례연구의 활발한 진행을 전망한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The research flow of domestic service design in South Korea has primarily focused on services targeting adult users. Unlike adults, children exhibit more diverse types and ages, leading to varying interests and needs. Therefore, there is a need for differentiated research and successful case studies in service design targeting children. This study analyzed the Children's Statistics Playground and “Turning Point,” a service for youth independence support proposed in the 2021 National Policy Design, along with the Multicultural Education Service proposed in the 2020 Seoul Design Governance. The analysis revealed that user-centered approaches, facilitating children's participation and interaction, and age- appropriate design and educational approaches are key factors for success. As society progresses, it is anticipated that there will be an increase in vanous cases of children's service design, prompting active case studies to explore the future development of the field.
