PSPICE를 이용한 다이리스터와 트라이악의 모델링 = The Modeling of Thyristor and Triac using PSPICE

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This paper shows that the circuit analysis program(PSPICE) is used to develop simple computer models for thyristor and triac.
With additional parameters, most of thyrister and triac properties are modeled.
Using this computer models, two typical power electronics circuits are simulated to demonstrate various aspects of the model.
Here is, PSPICE source file is included.
