기계설비 기술기준 및 유지관리기준 제정을 위한 방향 설정에 관한 연구

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The Mechanical Equipment Act came into effect on April 18, 2020 after delaying the two-year implementation period. This Act establishes the foundation for the development of the machinery industry and the necessary matters for the design, construction and maintenance of safe and efficient machinery. The technical standards (Article 14) and maintenance standards (Article 16) of this Act are very important not only for the implementation of the purpose of enacting the law, but also for improving the sustainability and social status of technical personnel. However, the direction and specific contents of the establishment of related standards have been conducted without opportunity for public discussion among mechanical engineers. Therefore, this study intends to discuss the direction of the establishment of standards before constructing the specific contents of the standard announcement related to machinery facilities.
