웰에이징 교육전문가의 건강증진 및 만성질환관리 교육활동에 대한 인식 연구 = A Study on the Perception of Well-aging Education Experts regarding Health Promotion and Chronic Disease Management Education Activities**

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 웰에이징 교육전문가를 대상으로 건강증진 및 만성질환관리의 교육활동에 대한 인식을 조사하여 건강증진 및 만성질환 관리 교육프로그램 기획에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하기 위해 시행한 서술적 조사연구이다. 2022년 11월 2일부터 2023년 1월 3일까지 건강증진 및 만성질환관리 관련 웰에이징 교육전문가 125명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용해 설문조사를 실시하였다. 건강증진 및 만성질환관리의 교육운영에 필요한 항목의 중요도 및 실행도에 대해 IPA(importance-performance analysis)를 통해 분석한 결과 교육프로그램 운영을 위한 전문가 인력풀(pool) 구성이 중점개선영역으로 나타났다. 교육내용에 대한 항목별 중요도 및 지식정도를 분석한 결과 만성질환 예방 및 관리가 경쟁우위영역으로 나타났고, 건강증진행위의 항목별 중요도 및 지식정도에서는 운동 및 활동이 경쟁우위영역으로 나타났다. 건강증진 및 만성질환관리 교육이 가장 필요한 시기는 중년기가 가장 높았고, 교수학습활동의 구성 요소 중 가장 중요한 것은 교육내용이었으며, 적절한 교육방법은 체험이 동반된 강의로 나타났다. 건강증진 및 만성질환관리 교육을 기획할 때 이와 같은 결과를 바탕으로 교육대상 및 교육내용을 설정하고 보완하여 체계적이고 통합적인 교육프로그램을 구성하여야 하겠다.

This study is a descriptive research study conducted to provide basic data necessary for planning health promotion and chronic disease management education programs by investigating the awareness of health promotion and chronic disease management educational activities among well-aging education experts. A survey was conducted using a structured questionnaire targeting 125 well-aging education experts related to health promotion and chronic disease management from November 2, 2022 to January 3, 2023. As a result of analyzing through IPA the importance and degree of implementation of the items required for educational operation of health promotion and chronic disease management, composition of a pool of experts for operating educational programs was identified as a key area for improvement. appear. As a result of analyzing the importance and level of knowledge for each item of educational content, chronic disease prevention and management was found to be a competitive advantage area, and the importance and level of knowledge for each item of health promotion activities were health diagnosis and counseling and daily life. There is a possibility that management may move to a key area of improvement, and exercise and activity appears to be an area of competitive advantage. The period when health promotion and chronic disease management education was most needed was middle age, the most important component of teaching and learning activities was education content, and the appropriate education method was lecture accompanied by experience. When planning health promotion and chronic disease management education, it is necessary to establish and supplement education targets and contents based on these results to form a systematic and integrated education program.
