소프트웨어 테스팅 프로젝트에서 발생되는 갈등구조와 갈등요인에 관한 연구 : 소프트웨어 테스팅 엔지니어 관점 = A study on conflict structure and conflict factors which occurs in the software testing project : software testing engineer perspective

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 소프트웨어 테스팅 프로젝트라는 상황 속에서 소프트웨어 개발자와 소프트웨어 테스팅 엔지니어간의 갈등구조와 갈등요인을 소프트웨어 테스팅 프로젝트 경험에서 벌어지고 있는 실제 상황속에서 도출하고 소프트웨어 엔지니어들이 느끼는 갈등구조와 요인을 정의 하는데 목적을 가진다.
소프트웨어 테스팅 프로젝트에서 소프트웨어 개발자와 소프트웨어 테스팅 엔지니어간의 갈등원인 유형을 도출하기 위해 기존 논문 사례 연구와 소프트웨어 테스팅 엔지니어 설문 과정을 거치는 탐색적 연구 방법을 통해서 소프트웨어 개발자와 소프트웨어 테스트 엔지니어간의 갈등구조와 갈등요인을 파악하고, 소프트웨어 개발자와 소프트웨어 테스트 엔지니어간의 갈등구조와 갈등요인들이 실제로 소프트웨어 엔지니어들에게 어떻게 영향을 미치는지 연구하며, 연구되어 도출된 갈등요인이 소프트웨어 품질 특성에 실제 영향을 미치는지 확인한다.
