This research presents us authentic leadership which is compatible with present competitive environment, and the need to present the mechanism which has been operated through authentic leadership. Therefore, this research addresses CEO"s authentic leadership as the antecedents for job performance of the small foodservice company. This study also examines nmediating effect of organizational trust job satisfaction on relationships between autentic leadership and job performance. The findings can be summarized as follows: First, the discussion examines that C E O"s authentic leadership at the small foodservice company has an effect on employee"s organizational trust and job performance. Second, employee"s organizational trust at small foodservice company did not have a significant effect on job performance, and job satisfaction have a strong effect on job performance. Implications, limitation and future resaerch directions were also discussed from these result.
