This paper presents the numerical analysis of high capacity sludge drying plant to know the thermal flow characteristics of pre-designed sludge drying plant building. Finite Volume Method and turbulence model was used to analogy the sludge drying furnace and plant building. The new high capacity sludge drying plant will be proposed for eco-industrial park(EIP) development of Cheongju industrial complex. The drying process is adopted as an effective method for sewage sludge treatment, however sewage sludge makes it difficult to treat with large volume at the real drying process plant because of its own complicated physical, chemical and thermal properties. Through this CFD analysis the design idea will be fixed high capacity(300ton/day) sludge drying process to treat industrial sludge efficiently and contribute to develop the EIP.
