슬로시티 관광의 가능성에 관한 연구 = A Study on Cittaslow Tourism, Is It Possible? Focusing on Chinese Life Style and Tourism Motivation

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 슬로시티를 방문하는 관광객을 대상으로 슬로시티 라이프스타일이 관광행동, 만족 및 실천의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 논문을 통해서 작고, 느리고 지속가능한 공동체를 창조하는 슬로시티 운동의 비전에 좀 더 집중하고 라이프스타일 관광으로서의 슬로시티 관광을 기존의 특수관심관광과 차별화시키려는 노력을 했다. 중국 슬로시티 가오춘을 방문한 231명의 관광객에게 설문조사를 실시하여 3개의 가설을 검정하였다. 연구결과 슬로시티 라이프스타일은 관광동기에, 관광동기는 만족도에, 만족도는 실천의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 슬로시티 라이프스타일로 창조된 지역주민의 공동체가 도시에서 상실한 공동체적인 라이프스타일의 재생을 갈망하는 방문객들에게 체험과 향후 실천의 계기가 될 것으로 기대한다. 이론적 논의와 함께 시사점 및 향후 연구의 방향은 논문 말미에 포함되었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to investigate life style’s effect on motivation, satisfaction and behavior intension in Cittaslow tourism setting. This research contributes to more concentrate on Cittaslow movement’s vision as creating the slow, small and sustainable community and differentiates tourism to Cittaslow with existing special interest tourism by naming life style tourism. Based on the sample of 231 from Gaochun, one of China Cittaslows, self-administered questionnaires were analyzed. The three hypotheses are tested and results founded that each variables are significantly effected. Cittaslow life style themed local’s community are expected to provide experiences and behavior intention with those who are longing for long-lost slow life style in urban area. The article closed with theoretical and managerial implication as well as future research direction.
