일부 교정환자의 구강보건행태와 구강보건교육 경험여부에 따른 요구도 조사 = Survey of needs for oral health behavior and oral health education experience in some orthodontic patients

국문 초록 (Abstract)

부정교합의 치료 시 장기간 부착하고 있는 복잡한 구강 내 교정장치로 인해 여러 구강질환에 이환될 가능성이 크다. 그러므로 이를 예방하기 위해서는 교정환자 스스로가 올바른 구강보건행태를 실천하여 구강건강을 향상시키는 것이다. 구강구강보건교육을 통하여 구강보건에 관한 지식 정도를 높이고 구강보건태도를 변화시킴으로써 올바른 구강보건행태가 습관화 될 수 있도록 하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 이에 본 연구는 교정환자들의 구강보건행태와 구강보건교육 요구도를 파악하여, 교정환자의 구강건강 증진에 기여할 수 있는 다양한 구강보건교육내용 및 방법의 기초자료를 제공하고자 본 연구를 시행하였다. 2017년 8월 15일부터 8월 31일까지 부산광역시 소재의 E 교정치과에서 치열교정을 하고 있는 환자 150명을 대상으로 하였으며, 조사목적과 취지를 설명하고 연구 참여에 동의한 대상자들에게 설문을 실시하였다. 본 연구결과 교정환자의 구강보건행태가 높을수록 구강보건교육 요구도가 높은 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In the treatment of malocclusion, the complicated oral orthodontic device attached to the long term is highly likely to cause various oral diseases. In order to prevent this, it is important for the orthodontic patient to practice correct oral health behavior. It is very important to manage proper tooth brushing behaviors and oral care products in the right way according to oral health education in daily life. The purpose of this study was to investigate oral health behavior and needs of oral health education in orthodontic patients and to provide basic data on oral health education contents and methods that contribute to improvement of oral health of orthodontic patients. The subjects who underwent orthodontic treatment in E dental clinic of orthodontics, Busan Metropolitan City from Aug. 15 to Aug. 31, 2017 were asked to explain the purpose and purpose of the study and to ask only those who agreed to participate in the study. As a result of this study, it was confirmed that the higher the oral health behavior, the higher the need for oral health education.
