This paper dealt with the distributive phenomena of the induced eddy current on the secondary conductive sheet, the transverse air-gab flux density of a double sided linear induction motor with Goodness factors.
According to the results of this study, we obtain knowledges that the eddy current on the conductive sheet is induced to the maximum vlaue in the vicinity of the synchronous velocity and the transverse air-gap flux density is distributed uniformly at goodness factor G=10.
The fundamental data in this study are made references to improve the characteristics and the design of linear induction motors.
