디지털시대의 시‧공간 변화에 대한 교육철학적 이해 = A study of time and space changes in the digital age from the perspective of educational philosophy

국문 초록 (Abstract)

디지털시대로 들어선 이후 우리의 일상생활과 교육활동은 엄청난 변화를 겪고 있다. 이러한 변화의 근원에는 시·공간 체험의 상이성이 자리한다. 이에 본 논문은 디지털 매체 시·공간 체험의 특징과 그 특징이 인간과 교육에 미치는 영향에 대해 탐구하였다. 미래 교육의 올바른 방향성을 찾기 위해서 디지털시대의 시·공간 변화의 흐름을 인식하는 것은 매우 중요한 일이다.
디지털 시·공간은 영상기록을 중심으로 현재성이 확장되고 있으며, 인간의 기억과 흔적이 남는 공간 없는 장소로 체험되고 있다. 이로써 우리는 이질적 시간과 공간을 동시에 체험하는 시·공간 해체의 경험을 일상적으로 하며 살아간다. 디지털 시·공간의 이러한 특징은 교육행위에 긍정적인 측면과 우려되는 측면을 가지므로 이에 대한 교육적 논의가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 디지털 시·공간의 재편이 우리 교육에 다음과 같은 요청을 하고 있다고 보았다. 첫째, 현실 시·공간과 디지털 시·공간을 자유롭게 오가며 살아갈 수 있는 존재로 교육해야 한다. 둘째, 매체기록이 확장되는 만큼 신체 기억을 활성화하는 교육이 필요하다. 셋째, 근대식 효율성에 입각한 교육의 시·공간을 인식하고 유연화하려는 노력이 필요하다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Since entering the digital era, our daily lives and educational experiences have been undergoing tremendous changes. At the root of these changes lies the change in the experience of time and space. Accordingly, this thesis explores the characteristics of time and space changes in the digital age and their effects on humans and education. This is because it is very important to recognize the flow of time and space change in the digital age to find the right direction for future education.
Digital time and space is expanding its ‘presentness’ centered on video records, and it is being experienced as a place without space where human memories and traces remain. Through this, we live with the experience of time and space deconstruction, while simultaneously experiencing heterogeneous time and space at the same time. These characteristics of digital time and space have positive and negative aspects for educational activities, so educational discussions on them are necessary.
The reorganization of digital time and space is making the following requests to our education.
First, it is necessary to educate students as beings who can freely come and go between real time and space and digital time and space. Second, education that activates body memory is necessary as media records expand. Third, efforts should be made to recognize and enhance flexibility the time and space of education based on modern efficiency.
