      국문 초록 (Abstract)

      본 연구는 모래상자놀이가 문제행동과 모자간 의사소통을 향상시키는지를 알아보는데 목적을 두고 실시되었다. 연구대상은 D시에 거주하는 모자간 의사소통에 어려움을 보이는 초등학생 아동과 그 어머니 1쌍이다. 프로그램 진행은 주 1회 50분, 총 10회기로 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 첫째, 모래상자놀이는 모자간 의사소통을 증가시켰다. 둘째, 모래상자놀이는 ADHD 아동의 문제행동을 변화시켰다. 본 연구는 단일사례연구이기 때문에 연구결과를 일반화하는데 한계가 있으나, 모래상자놀이가 문제행동과 모자간 의사소통을 향상시키는데 효과적이었음을 알 수 있었다.

      This study aimed at examining whether sandtray play therapy improves a problem behavior and a communication in the mother-child dyad. The subject of this study was a dyad consisting of a single mother and her elementary school children the city of D. The program was conducted once a week, for 10 sessions, each 50 minutes long. The results are as follows. Firstly, the sand tray play therapy enhanced the communication in the mother-child dyad. Secondly, the sand tray play therapy changed the problem behavior of ADHD.
