Gardner의 인성지능의 정서적 측면에 대한 고찰 = A Study on Gardener's Personal Intelligences' Emotional Aspect

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 교육현장에서 아동의 인성지능발달을 지원하기 위한 구체적 행동 모형을 설정하기 위해 인성지능의 하위요소와 그 요소별 수준에 대한 모형을 제시해 보고자 하였다. Gardner의 인성지능은 다중지능의 일 지능으로 개인 간 지능과 개인 내 지능을 포함한다. 이 두 지능은 어느 지능보다 정서적인 측면을 많이 포항하고 있는 지능으로서 그 구성요소의 정서적 측면을 분석해 보기로 하였다. 정서적 측면을 분석하는 도구로는 정서지능의 하위구성요소 및 수준별 모형을 활용하였다. 분석 결과 인성지능은 정서지능의 하위 모든 영역에 포함되어 있었다. 이에 연구자는 정서지능의 수준별 모형을 참고로 인성지능의 발달을 지원하기 위한 구체적 행동목표를 설정하였다. 이를 위해 인성지능의 하위요소를 영역별로 나누고 그 수준별 모형을 제시하였다. 이 연구를 통하여 인성지능 중 개인 간 지능을 타인이해 영역으로, 개인 내 지능을 자기이해 영역으로 나누고 하위 영역에 따른 수준별 순서에 따른 모형의 틀을 제시해 봄으로 인성지능교육의 위계적 방안을 모색해 보고자 하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This work is to show the model about factor under personal intelligence and its each level of factor to set behavior model to support children's personal intelligence development at education field. Gardener's personal intelligence includes interpersonal intelligence and intrapersonal intelligence. These two intelligences includes the most emotional aspect, so this work will analysis its factor's emotional side. Model for each level and under emotional intelligence's factor is used to analysis the emotional side. The result was: personal intelligence was included in all parts under emotional intelligence. The researcher compared emotional intelligences' model of each level to devide factor under personal intelligence into sections and set models to show each level to help the setting of the goal to support personal intelligence development. Personal intelligence showed a model that personal intelligence can be divided into interpersonal comprehension sector and intrapersonal comprehension sector, then show each level and support personal intelligence development in order of level.
