This study analyzed the parents' perceptions of SW education and gifted education in 2022 using education satisfaction and intention to participate. The results of the perception survey for parents of 40 gifted classes in 2022 were classified into national gifted education and private institution gifted education in terms of gifted education, and classified into SW public education and SW private education in terms of SW education. As a result of comparative analysis of each educational satisfaction and participation intention, the following implications were derived. First, the educational satisfaction of parents who participated in SW public education was higher than that of parents who participated in SW private education, but there was no significant difference. Second, the educational satisfaction and intention to continue participating in the national gifted education were higher than the satisfaction and willingness to participate in the gifted education of private institutions. There was a significant difference in the intention to continue participation.
