Currently, industrial sites rely on fixed CCTVs and manpower to conduct on-site monitoring, resulting in blind spots in monitoring, and in the case of small businesses, there is a lack of personnel who must be constantly deployed on-site, creating blind spots in safety management. In this paper, we propose an autonomous driving safety management system using the embedded board Raspberry Pi, camera, and Lidar sensor. A system was established that automatically monitors or warns of a dangerous situation of missing personal protective equipment by collecting and monitoring the work environment data of workers as the autonomous driving-based moving body moves around the industrial site such as construction, manufacturing industry, etc. The implementation of this study is expected to contribute to the reduction and prevention of accidents at work sites through a multi-purpose safety monitoring system such as environmental data measurement and personal protective equipment wear warning.
