This paper has studied precedent variables influencing on the organizational citizenship behavior of hotel employees. Especially, This attempts to see if the `organization trust,` a variable related to the job of employees, could influence directly on the organizational citizenship behavior, a variable related to the attitudes of employees, or indirectly, influence the organizational citizenship behavior through the medium of the job of employee. As a result of the positive analysis, it is revealed that the organizational trust felt by employees directly influences on all such factors as `loyalty,` `organizational citizenship behavior,` `service delivery,` and participation.` Also, it is clear that the job satisfaction of employee also takes a power central role in the organizational citizenship behavior. In conclusion, through the medium of job satisfaction, the organizational trust sensed by the hotel employees indirectly gives positive influences on factors as `loyalty,` `service delivery,` and participation` of organizational citizenship behavior. Finally it was revealed that the job satisfaction takes a role of mediation.
