The purpose of this study was to examined the changes of the physical fitness, body composition and cardiorespiratory function capacity during aerobic dance exercise. In this study, aerobic dance(HRmax 70~85%, 4hours/day, 5days/week) was performed and 10 female university students were participated for 12 weeks. The results of this study are as follow; 1. The changes of physical fitness; the level of left leg extention strength(p=0.0075), right leg extention strength(p=0.0250) were showed significantly increased. 2. The changes of body composition; the level of %body fet and body fat mass were showed significantly decreased(p=0.0001), and fat-free mass was showed significantly increased (p=0.0001). 3. The changes of cardiorespiratory function capacity; the level of HRrest was showed significantly decreased(p=0.0003), and HRmax(p=0.0015), VO_2max/kg(p=0.0064), MET(p=0.0096) were showed significantly increased.
