대학의 비교과 프로그램 만족도 측정도구 개발 및 타당화 = A Study on the Development and Validation of a Scale for University Extracurricular Program Satisfaction

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 비교과 프로그램의 만족도 측정도구를 개발하고 그 타당성을 검증하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 선행연구를 분석하여 비교과 프로그램의 구성요인과 요인별 문항을 설정하고, 전문가 검토를 통해 내용타당도를 확보하였다. 이후, 예비조사에서 문항의 안면타당도를 확인하고, 본조사에서는 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석을 실시하여 측정도구의 구성타당도를 검증하고 최종 문항을 확정하였다.
연구결과, 비교과 프로그램 만족도를 구성하는 요인으로 교육내용, 교육방법, 교육성과, 지원환경의 4개 요인을 도출하였으며, 이를 측정하기 위한 20개 문항이 개발되었다. 확인적 요인분석 결과, CFI 와 TLI 값이 모두 .90 이상, RMSEA 값이 .05 이하로 나타나, 측정도구의 높은 설명력이 검증되었다. 본 연구는 비교과 프로그램의 만족도를 학습자 관점에서 평가할 수 있는 도구를 제공함으로써, 프로그램의 효과성과 개선이 필요한 부분을 종합적으로 파악할 수 있게 한다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다. 이 측정도구는 비교과 프로그램의 질 향상을 위한 객관적인 근거를 제공하여, 프로그램의 지속적인 운영과 개선에 중요한 역할을 하는 유용한 도구로 활용될 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to develop and validate a satisfaction measurement tool for extracurricular programs in university. Through the analysis of prior research, key factors and measurement items for assessing extracurricular learning support programs were identified. Expert reviews ensured content validity, followed by face validity checks in a preliminary survey. Exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses in the main survey verified construct validity, finalizing the measurement items.
The results identified four key factors: educational content, educational methods, educational outcomes, and support environment, leading to the development of 20 measurement items. Confirmatory factor analysis showed high explanatory power, with CFI and TLI values above .90 and an RMSEA value below .05. This tool offers a comprehensive evaluation from the learner's perspective, identifying effective elements and areas needing improvement. It will provides objective evidence to enhance program quality, serving as a valuable instrument for the continuous improvement and effective operation of extracurricular programs in university.
