새로운 의무이행확보수단으로서의 설득과 유인의 효과 연구 -음주운전을 중심으로- = A Study on the Effectiveness of Persuasion and Incentive as a new methods of securing a performance of duties -Emphasis on the Drinking Driving-

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Usually the methods of securing a performance of duties are punishment, fine that give disadvantages to the people and the effectiveness of those disadvantages are not consistent. So a new method with persuasion and incentive should be introduced. This study analyzed the effectiveness of persuasion and incentive as a new methods of securing a performance of duties. For this study, Data of 735 repeated DWI(Driving While Intoxicated) drivers` behavior for 5 years, whose licenses were suspended for traffic law violations, were collected in Seongnam, Gyongi province since 2003. For the analysis, methods of Covariance Analysis and chi-square test were conducted. Results showed that a abidance term of group with persuasion and incentive is longer than that of with only punishment. And the rate of accidents caused by DWI in persuasion and incentive group is lower than punished group. This study suggests that persuasion and incentive policy should be introduced for securing a performance of duties.
