도덕적 마음가짐에 대한 심리적 접근으로서 성장 마인드셋에 대한 연구 = A Study on the Growth Mindset as a Psychological Approach to Moral Mindset

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 도덕적 마음가짐이 도덕적 성장 가능성에 대한 개인적 신념을 포함한다고 전제한 후, 이러한 신념을 갖는 것이 도덕적인 행동에 어떠한 방식으로 영향을 미칠 수 있는지에 대해 심리학적으로 검토해보는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 능력이나 성품의 발전 가능성에 대한 개인적 신념을 의미하는 ‘성장 마인드셋’의 의미와 작동 방식, 형성 방법 등에 대하여 살펴보고, 이 개념을 토대로 도덕적 마음가짐으로서 ‘도덕적 성장 마인드셋’의 성립 가능성에 대하여 탐색해보았다. 그리고 도덕적 마음가짐 형성을 위한 도덕교육적 방안에 대하여 논의하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The aim of this study is to psychologically examine how moral mindest affects moral behavior. To this end, I presumed that moral mindset includes personal beliefs about moral growth potential. And I reviewed the meaning, mechanism, and formation of the ‘growth mindset’, which means personal beliefs about the potential for development of abilities or character. And based on this concept, I explored the possibility of establishing a ‘moral growth mindset’ as a moral mindset. Lastly, I discussed the moral education method for forming a moral mindset.
