정보공학 방법론을 이용한 웹 기반 ASP(application service provider)서비스 설계 : 학원관리 ASP 서비스 모델을 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

ASP(Application Service Provider) 서비스는 인터넷의 보급과 정보통신 기술의 발전에 힘입어 가장 각광 받는 산업으로 떠올랐다. 그러나 충분한 준비 없이 시작된 서비스는 그 개발에서부터 운영에까지 많은 문제점을 야기했다. 황금 산업으로써 ASP 산업이 자리를 잡기 위해서는 여러 가지 관점에서 접근을 해야 하지만 본 논문에서는 ASP 서비스의 개발에 있어 방법론을 적용함으로 효과적인 ASP 서비스를 할 수 있도록 방안을 제시하였다.
또한, ASP 서비스 시스템 구축을 위한 방법론으로 정보공학 방법론(IE; Information Engineering)을 사용했으며 그 이유는 정보공학 방법론이 가지고 있는 특성이 ASP 서비스와 잘 부합한다고 보기 때문이다.
그러나 기존 정보공학 방법론을 여과 없이 사용하기에는 다소 문제가 있다.
본 논문에서는 ASP 서비스의 특성과 웹이라는 범용적인 사용자 환경을 고려한 변형된 정보공학 방법론을 제시하였다. 정보공학 방법론의 각 개발 단계별로 ASP 서비스를 위한 변형된 방법론을 제시 하였으며 학원관리 ASP 서비스를 예제로 제시하여 ASP 서비스를 위한 시스템 설계와 응용프로그램을 위한 시스템 설계를 통합하여 설계함으로써 효과적인 ASP 서비스를 할 수 있도록 하였다. ASP 서비스를 위한 시스템을 구축에 있어서 정보공학 방법론을 활용하여 ASP 서비스 측면과 서비스되는 응용프로그램 측면을 동시에 고려하여 구축함으로써 안정된 ASP 서비스를 할 수 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

ASP(Application Service Provider) has grown one of the most expected industry with the spread of Internet and development of Tele-communication.
Incomplete service, however, caused many problems from development to operation.
Even though we have to approach ASP with various view points in order to vitalize ASP as great industry, this thesis suggests the way for effective ASP service with methodology on developing ASP service.
Also, I used IE (Information Engineering) methodology for ASP service system because I'm sure the feature of IE methodology corresponds with ASP service. But there is some problem to use IE methodology as it is. This thesis suggests the reformed IE methodology that ASP service and WWW for general user environment are considered.
I suggested the reformed methodology for ASP service with each development step of the IE methodology, and I used 'ASP service for Academy' as an example to integrate system and application program for more effective ASP service. In conclusion, we can get more stable ASP service with using IE methodology to integrate ASP system that both view points of ASP service and application program are considered.
